The spirit is then diluted with pure water that is taken from the aquifer underneath the orchard to around 50% ABV. However, Chase Distillers, based on the William Chase family farm in Herefordshire, turned their potato surplus into a creamy premium craft vodka. Made from potatoes, Chase Original Potato Vodka is produced in our copper pot still for the purest finish. Batch produced in their copper pot still, Fat Betty, for the purest finish, creating a smooth and creamy vodka.

Made on our Herefordshire family farm, we are the first and only UK distillery to offer a super-premium vodka that is made entirely from seed to bottle on one estate.This whole process has allowed Chase Vodka to be named ‘the best vodka in the world' at the San Francisco World Spirit Championship 2010. They decided to enter the white spirit market after realising that people weren’t exploring terroir enough.
