Even after you’ve given birth you will find Perfect Mama+ remaining just as relevant for it works miracles when providing smoother postpartum recovery. I managed to get to 6cm with no other pain relief, I was transferred to labour room at 6cm where they took it off after about 10 mins and replaced with gas and air and baby arrived less than an hour later.The TENS Machine can also be used to relieve back pain in the last 3 weeks of pregnancy and to ease post-operative pain following caesarean, perineal tear or episiotomy. Program C works the same as Program A and B but is more intense for the later stages of your labour journey. It is effective not just during the birth but also helps with back pains during pregnancy and can help with a quicker postpartum recovery.
