With some of the best produce in the world on offer we knew we wanted a flavour that spoke of our County. At Fowey Valley we pride ourselves on masterfully handcrafting all our spirits from scratch, right here at our distillery in Cornwall.Crafted from the finest Cornish potatoes, this vodka is distilled forty-times before being blended with mineral water lifted from the distillery's aquifer. No ingredient in the world has been used more than salt to enhance flavour, making it the perfect accompaniment to any drink or cocktail. Even the water used in the production process rises from an aquifer situated beneath the distillery. It pairs beautifully with roast lamb, Mediterranean vegetables and fruits from the English countryside hedgerows and orchards – such as raspberries, blackberries, and apples. These carefully selected botanicals are distilled into our luxurious, buttery potato vodka in our handmade copper pot stills.

This is a product of the Colwith Farm Distillery that have been producing premium spirits since 2010. Crafted from scratch using potatoes grown by 5th generation farming brothers, Aval Dor represents the best of Cornish provenance and authenticity. From Cornwall's first plough to bottle distillery, Aval Dor Vodka has won the prestigious double gold medal in the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for two consecutive years 2020 and 2021. This vodka was first produced from Colwith Farm potatoes grown on the 400-acre family farm near Fowey in 2018.
