It's deep, rose filled, woody, and the oakmoss gives it a vibe I cannot describe - but I attribute it because I've noticed it in other perfumes I've enjoyed wearing over the years. Equipped with a mirror and a compact design, this kit is ideal for those who value both functionality and style in their makeup routine. Someone mentioned plastic or "tupperwear" and I got that too initially, but it eventually goes away. I held out moderately high hopes that I would like this as well (especially given the rave reviews I read here) but, sadly, it was not to be.

I'm not getting any florals at all, and I certainly don't smell fruit - just vanilla, musk, sandalwood, and anise. I totally get the Coca Cola impression- I get it too about 5 minutes in, sometimes, but it doesn't make me dislike it. Definitely a nice one to add to your collection if your ok with something that is not hugely overpowering or overly interesting. ET has that undefinable harsh note typical of many bargain frags, a little soapy and very cheap in the worst way.It's just so well blended I won't bother going into the details of the notes because they really do flow together. That initial strong note of licorice subsides a bit, but doesn't go completely, and the fruit and florals, sandalwood, vanilla and musk all do come forward. Sequential Brands sold Ellen Tracy to GMA in 2021 and, oh honey, they’ve been jazzing it up ever since.

Second review of Ellen, because I chose to wear this yesterday, gave my arms about two healthy spritzes each, and caught lovely wafts of it all day long. It's safe, yes, and good for work and not offensive to anyone and I agree with all the other reviewers here that like it except for ONE thing, this has that certain SOMETHING that takes it over the top for me.
