Read more about the condition New: An item that is still in its original shrink wrap from the manufacturer and the original manufacturer’s seal (if applicable) has not been removed. On 24 June 2013, Queen announced on their Facebook page that a new remastered version of the concert would be released in late 2013 on DVD and Blu-ray.

After comparing it to the full screen VHS release, I found very little was masked, the DVD was framed *very* well.Sound quality is very good with a DTS Hi-Res format that I have not seen/heard before but it comes across well with a good, punchy, soundtrack. The profits from the concert were used to launch the Mercury Phoenix Trust, an AIDS charity organization. the Queen + Ian Hunter, Mick Ronson, David Bowie and Def Leppard performance of the song "All the Young Dudes" was released on the Mick Ronson album 'Heaven and Hull'. Performer: David Bowie, Roger Daltrey, Def Leppard, Bob Geldof, Guns 'N' Roses, James Hetfield, Elton John, Metallica, George Michael, Liza Minnelli, Robert Plant, Axl Rose, Seal, Slash, Paul Young, Brian May, Roger Taylor, John Deacon etc.

On April 20th, 1992 some of the greatest musical talent in the world gathered at London's famed Wembley Stadium to pay tribute to Freddie Mercury who died on 24 November 1991. On April 20th 1992, Roger Taylor, Brian May and John Deacon, the surviving members of Queen, took to the stage at Wembley Stadium for the start of one of the biggest events in rock history, which the band had organised to pay tribute to their former colleague – the incomparable Freddie Mercury. Brian May decides to debut his "Too Much Love Will Kill You" (a Freddie sung version would be released in 1995 on the "Made In Heaven" album. Before anyone makes a "It should be shown in it's original aspect ratio" quip, the concert's director, David Mallet, remastered the DVD personally so clearly he was ok with a widescreen presentation.Initially thought to be a European only release, Queen Productions along with EMI/Parlophone have done North American fans a favor by making an NTSC region free version. But also the calmer moments with among others Paul Young ("Radio Ga Ga"), David Bowie and Eurythmics-singer Annie Lennox ("Under Pressure"), Elton John ("Bohemian Rhapsody", "The Show Must Go On") and very special George Michael ("'39", "These Are The Days Of Our Life", "Somebody To Love") do convince. Picture quality, considering this is standard definition, is generally fine with the close-ups particularly good.
