While the High-density mould shaping foam gives a generous amount of padding which is nicely curved to ergonomically support you during a prolonged gaming session. It’s also made of the same kind of high-quality PVC leather material you would expect from those chairs, too. Compared to other gaming seats, the Dark Demon is hefty and takes up a lot of room so those living in smaller spaces should consider this before trying to squeeze it into your flat or house. The pad tops are made of very high density foam, for just a little bit of “give”, and the kinds of adjustment here are what you’ll find on some of the most expensive office chairs.
The Dark Demon's rugged nature and firm support make it less forgiving than its competitors, and there are chairs out there that offer softer, more premium comfort. This is also not a great option for people who want an office chair for long days at work. This is a gamer's chair for gamers.For best results, proper lumbar support usage makes a massive difference. Every time you sit down, lift your lumbar pillow a few inches higher than the seat. The textbook lumbar support target height is just above the beltline; the target depth is 4 cm (1.5 inches). Aim for your lumbar support to hit just above your beltline. That’s all you need to ensure consistent good posture in this chair. The AndaSeat Jungle is a really solid mid-range gaming chair in terms of price, features, and size. If you want a chair that's comfortable and built to last but don't have a huge desk or budget, this is a perfect fit. If you're willing to splurge on extra perks, need a true budget buy, or prefer a heavy-duty chair, you're going to want to consider other options.
There’s no doubt the best thing about this chair is its toughness and solid build quality, just the sheer weight of it will tell you that much. Based on my tests, I’ve revised the size rating for the large-sized chair. People shorter than my 5’9″ size may find the seat too deep for their legs. L-R: a good seat depth (nice gap behind the knees) vs a seat that’s too deep. We are fans of gaming chairs that recline an ostentatious amount. The Anda Seat Dark Demon can go from dead upright to 160-degree recline, so you’re almost lying flat. Bliss.The wheels on the Dark Demon are 60mm wide with durable PU rubber so offer added stability whilst also ensuring smooth movement in all directions on the carpet and solid floors. Build quality – The best gaming chairs are exceptionally sturdy. Many are made from leather (be it real or synthetic) and almost all have solid iron/steel frames and bases and castor wheels. As a result, they are heavy but can support substantial weight. If you're taller than 6'2", you might well struggle to fit yourself into the Dark Demon without removing its headrest. Something like a Secretlab Titan XL might well be more accomodating.
The first thing you'll notice about the chair is just how absolutely rugged and durable this thing is. In my opinion, the best thing about this chair is its uncompromising toughness and build quality. The chair has a sturdy metal frame and is covered in a mixture of carbon fiber and PVC leather. The chair itself has a steel frame embedded in the seat, designed to ergonomically fit the human body for extra durability. In fact, the chair can reportedly take a static load of a whopping 1500kg (3300 lbs), however, the listed maximum load is 350lbs, which I heartily believe. Second, if you want to sit with sharp upright neutral postures, you’re better off buying a Titan Evo — or a high-end ergonomic office chair. However, most people choose gaming chairs because they don’t want to sit in formal, office-style postures. The Kaiser 3 best supports long desk work sessions with a more relaxed 110° recline. But there’s a more fundamental design niggle in the Anda Seat Dark Demon too.
In over a year of use, I’ve only found two quibbles with this chair. First, people shorter than 5’9″ may find the seat too deep for their legs. The Kaiser 3 is an interesting alternative to the Titan for casual users without strict posture demands. Recommended maximum height: 6’10” / 210cm. Maximum weight capacity: 440lbs / 200kgs. Please be aware: every anda seatT comes supplied with detailed instructions, enabling easy installation. Assembling the chair should be completed in in less than 30 minutes. And even if you don't, the chair is extremely durable and feels like it could last a lifetime.

Anyone shorter than 6'2" will fit the Dark Demon Pretty well. Equally, if a chair with a wider design is needed, this chair is considerably more spacious than some of its competitors. You should not buy this if ... It has a “class 4” pneumatic lift, which offers 5.5cm of lift. This should be enough for all but the tallest of people, who probably shouldn’t but this chair for other reasons anyway. It helps that the design is far from the most obnoxious on this list, which helps the T-Pro 2 blend in during important Zoom calls. If you like to work and play from the same desk, the T-Pro 2 is a worthy companion. Something I didn't appreciate about the AndaSeat Dark Demon was the fact that it seemed like a magnet for all sorts of rubbish on its seat - the seams are fairly wide and fill up with crumbs, dust, and detritus much too easily as a result. It's easy to clean away, yet such maintenance does take the shine off things.
