About this deal

Passing Assessments for the Certificate in Education and Training (see below)is a companion text to this title. It gives guidance regarding achieving each of the assessment criteria of the five mandatory units. Information is also given regarding Ofsted, teaching observations, study skills and the minimum core. Learners need to be motivated for learning to take place. Motivation can be intrinsic(from within i.e. a desire to learn somethingnew), or external (from without i.e. a pay rise if they achieve a qualification).
