You can then add gel or mousse on dripping wet hair and then use a microfibre towel or t-shirt to gently scrunch the water out of your curls. The goal is to keep the curls you have formed intact and seal in moisture with gel or mousse.Establishing a co-wash routine is easy – simply listen to what your hair is telling you.
