About this deal

The tyrant’s birthday ball. It was a scene in the original novel, subtitled something along the lines of The Villainess’s Story. Scarlett had been bitter because of the unwanted engagement, but it was love at first sight at the ball. And that moment was approaching rapidly. It was also Scarlett Arman's first official meeting with the emperor after she had become his fiancée.

From what I could observe for the past week since I had crossed over, I had to get away from this family. Join Charlemagne and Scarlett as they embark on a perilous journey through the mystical Diel territory, unraveling secrets and uncovering the enigmatic nature of the so-called female lead. Scarlett Arman was a minor villain who, out of blind love for the tyrant, tormented the female protagonist and ended up getting herself killed by him. That happened around the middle of the original story, I think. With the fate of the three great houses hanging in the balance, our heroes must forge an unbreakable alliance to confront the formidable dark wizard. It was down to one week until the emperor’s birthday ball, the place where it would all begin. Unlike his usual self, the tyrant was said to be considerably more polite towards women. Which was to say, he wouldn’t kill them like flies. This… courtesy from him was also why Scarlett fell head over heels in love. What? So, to cut a long story short, didn't that mean they didn't take their personalities into account?! The ones he considered worth his attention were neither his parents nor his siblings. Not even the common folk of the kingdom. Well, sure, he wasn’t the type to kill for fun. However, if you came too close, you had to ensure that you weren’t mistaken for an assassin. Your rank was irrelevant, and you could pay with your life. This novel is the combination of a dark story and a transmigrated prankster with romance. If you like characters who have at least half a brain and like to make fun, then I highly recommend this book. She became a little scary. I was just saying it was convenient. I kept still. Closing my eyes and leaving my face to her hands, I went over the to-do list in my mind. Since she had a tough life, she didn't even have the opportunity to receive the education of the nobility.

Besides, in the original novel, the Arman household fell apart after Scarlett died. The duke, the servants—basically, the tyrant killed everyone. All in all, a terrible household. Knowing that all the emperor's previous bride-to-be's have been killed by him, That isn't actually completely true. In reality the only ones he or his (fanatically loyal, yet also happy to make fun of him...but not to his face, they don't have a death wish of course) aides have killed are the ones that were sent there to kill HIM. The others have all been killed by the church, and I think, various other people who are against him (so basically, the entire world).when Scarlett finds herself engaged to Charlemagne she is desperate to find a way to break off the engagement so she can live. She can't just run away - death! Can't call it off herself - death! So she comes up with the...uh...brilliant...idea of pretending to be crazy. And she comes up with some doozies to show her insanity. The moment I faced anything that had made an appearance in the novel, no matter how brief it had been, the scenes related to them would come to my mind. Until this far it's mentioned that he is a ruthless killer and has Sliver hair with purple eyes ( dazzling hot ). An extreme cold person but our Scarlett has caught his attention and he is interested in her for his reasons, but Scarlett wants his attention, so then she can be dumped by him. Well if there won't misunderstanding then there won't be fun. The Tyrant Emperor has taken an interest in her for totally different reason and Scarlett just wants to be dumped by him. Honestly, I came for the comedy, not the romance. I wanted to laugh and this volume got me laughing out loud, that I look like a lunatic 😂 This is the first volume so don’t expect romance, but please stay if you enjoy comedy 🎭So, does it mean that even though he knew he was sending his daughter to her grave, he still shoved her in there?' anyways the whole drive off the duke by acting loco plan is...cute? i kind of want her to lean into it more tbh, as scarlett herself noticed, her level of chaos is simply not high enough to stand out given the surrounding cast But even that being the case, to only listen to Cherla and not listen to a single word from Scarlett and killing her with one stroke of his sword is...' A banquet for the high and mighty—that should be a sight. I’ll look around as much as I like! Since it was indeed a once-in-a-year special occasion.

Ten Ways to Get Dumped by a Tyrant: Volume IV - Goodreads

The heroine in this novel is the epitome of "Never let them guess your next move." and LMFAO, I was caught off guard every time! She definitely shines in this and stole all the spotlight! I came for the tantalizing tyrant, yet her skits won me over. The original story was rapidly approaching. Of course, the novel’s actual opening would start half a year later. But for Scarlett, this was the beginning. I sighed. I haven’t even gotten used to life here. Scarlett's family life is pretty crappy, her father and stepmother are shitty and abusive. But she is surprised to realize that her brother actually cares a lot about her and has been doing his best to shield her from the abuse - which isn't something she remembers from reading the book. She later finds out that he is also being abused and hates their father just as much as she does. Knowing she is fairly safe from physical abuse - the one time someone hit her the emperor saw it and was slightly homicidal - Scarlett begins to play EPIC pranks on her father, and I thought some of them were really clever (but I've never been the "prank someone kind" so I'm not exactly up on what is, and is not, clever in these regards). In short, it’s still an interesting tale but we no longer get the comedic tone as we did in the first volume. Author skipping a whole arc that showed character development as well a new character (the cleric) that was with them in the arc she skip 🤦🏽‍♀️The six aides who assisted him—probably the closest he had to friends—were the only ones worth his time. They’re cut from the same cloth. All were considered prodigies from a young age. Perhaps that was why they could be around that tyrant in the first place. After all, he was the youngest person granted the titles of Sword Master and Sage. He has a demon sword, doesn’t he? Not even magic works against it. Nothing, I answered sullenly, then changed the subject. The banquet will be held in the evening. Do we really have to start getting ready for it now? I mean, Scarlett is beautiful even without trying.
