Cons? It would be much more effective to simply keep a spray bottle filled with clean tap water at the grill and use it with a standard grill brush. The steam does the cleaning with any brush, not just the Grill Daddy brush. As for the key feature, the Grill Daddy Pro just dribbles the water out with little control, and if it comes out too fast at times, it cools the grill so the cleaning is not as effective.
