About this deal

I wasn't even born in the 80s, but many 80s fragrances were still going strong in the 90s, the beautiful decade of my youth. The original Kouros can be a tough business nowadays, it's bold, loud, challenging but undeniably elegant and unique. This scent is a statement of masculinity and boldness from the person who wears to those around him, if you are not that kind of person Kouros will overwhelm you. You all know the deal. 80's in a nutshell. If you know of 70's and 80's perfumes the note list will seem very familiar. This is one of the really good ones, though. The oakmoss and honey is very reminiscent of Boss 1, but it's disappears within a couple of hours. This one is a journey. Just a lovely development.

Yves Saint Laurent has been a staple name in the fashion and perfume industries for a good chunk of the last 60 years and is one of the most iconic luxury fashion houses in the world. The air between the rows of houses shimmers. The heat, that unbearable heat that can't touch you in the country or by the sea. Far more wearable than the “historical predecessors league “ (“Aka, “King Kouros” as released until around 2013), but not at the cost of missing personality. For sure to try, in the original version of course. I don't know how the new one is and I'm not even in a hurry to test it since I have a good supply of the original 80's. There's not much to say that hasn't already been said, as Kouros has a reputation that precedes it. It's very French, manly, animalic, etc, etc, you know the rest. Smells like an animal's fur. Kinda like that animal's toilet at times. But then there are the clean elements. Beautiful florals and greens. Spices and incense. That honey accord people love. A salty ambergris and artemisia. It dries into this smoky and slightly raunchy leather that's just incredible with all of the above around it. Believe it or not, it gets positive comments, and for me at least it's very much wife approved.Tame performance and hollow middle stage keep it from reaching the yesteryear greatness. Young folk will find it more accessible, while perfume aficionados are probably praying that the next reformulation still retains what’s good in this one. In 2015, Pierre launched his own brand under the Pierre Bourdon name with a line made from five fragrances. Kouros– our version of the popular mens aftershave. Similar in style and identity to this famous designer fragrance, our dupe is the highest quality available If you are well accustomed to the original King Kouros, you may feel, for sure, a bit underwhelmed- as it is not the monster fragrance it was. For practical reasons however, it is better placed to hedge the every day (in)formal settings, retaining, in the current translation, a substantial part of the original message.

We schmoozed around the corner of the showers and laughed ourselves silly about the celebrating players and their rituals. It smelled like cheap consumer soap. No lather, just a lather. From the urinals, separated only by a curtain of burlap, a mixture of limestone and urinal balls wafted over. In addition, the stench of players' shirts soaked in sports sweat, manufacturer Kristall, VEB Trikotagen. After foot it smelled also. He opens strongly with vaguely sour, aromatic and green hints, accompanied by strong soapy aldehydes that taste clean. The scent is constantly supported by the slightly dirty musky base, by the leather and by a vaguely sweet note but which is not sweet. The overall result is a clean dirty smell, but which is not dirty in the true sense of the word, but rather carnal and corporal. On the other hand, as Bourdon himself declared, this perfume is the son of a particular phase of his life, deaf and ambiguous, marked by carnal and faithful passions, a period in which the same perfumer was struggling between lover and wife; in the light of these anecdotes, this creation can well be understood and interpreted.

English is not my first language, so I apologize upfront for all grammar, syntactic and orthography mistakes I will make. Yves Saint Laurent was founded by Yves Henri Donat Mathieu-Saint-Laurent , his business partner, and his partner, Pierre Bergé in 1961. Again, the modern public will probably like this, and in my opinion, there wasn’t a better time to try this classic than today. YSL Kouros Eau de Toilette is a fragrance for men. As listed above, it is available in 2 different sizes, 50 ml and 100 ml, and in a travel set version containing 2 25 ml bottles. This scent was first released in 1981, making a classic at this stage. Overall it is an earthy, fresh fragrance that is long lasting and that is best suited to evening wear. YSL Kouros Eau de Toilette
