While I liked the Nano X2’s knit upper, I felt that it could stretch out pretty quickly which made for a loose fit which then resulted in a loss of supper security in certain training contexts. In the Nikes, the React Foam midsole provided that perfect blend of rigidity and coziness that’s made it a go-to for many athletes throughout the years.

For versatile training, including HIIT, athletic-style sessions, and hybrid workouts, I’ve enjoyed the performance of the Nano X3.Additionally, a TPU plate is connected to the dome for added lateral and torsional support and forefoot propulsion. On top of this, the upper feels a little more “rigid” in the context that its overlays feel more harmonious with one another as opposed to the synthetic overlays that sat on top of the knit and mesh in the Nano X2.I wore the smaller pair for a workout that included a LOT of box jumps, and I seriously felt like Wonder Woman wearing them! Compared to the Reebok Nano X2, the Reebok Nano X3 has been a more robust performing shoe across the board. As a taller lifter, I also like the slightly higher heel-to-toe drop as it gives you a little more “heel” for lower body exercises. With the first pair, since they didn’t fit as tightly as they should, they didn’t feel as stable as my Nano X2s and X1s do. I think this was a good change and it should be a nice benefit for athletes and lifters that like training shoes with more ankle support.
