Description

Fans can expect Kaleb’s strong views on many things – including sheep (‘stupid’), Jeremy Clarkson ('f***ing idiot’), goats (‘they’re a proper good clear-up animal – they eat everything – no wonder they taste horrible’), New York (‘if it’s like London where there are no tractors, that’s no good’), famous people, why farming is the best job in the world and, crucially, sartorial matters such as hairstyles - especially his own!

Part informative book about farming, part love letter to farming, part humorous memoir… about farming! Kaleb Cooper, Chipping Norton’s finest celebrity farmer and Sunday Times bestselling author, who shot to fame starring in Prime Video series, Clarkson’s Farm, has decided to conquer his fear of the unknown and embark on his first ever theatre tour with THE WORLD ACCORDING TO KALEB – KALEB GOES ON TOUR. Kaleb has become a bit of a star by helping (and criticising) Jeremy Clarkson on his farm programme.Kaleb is not a natural at writing nor is he half as funny as he comes across on Clarksons Farm, but all the same it was a fairly interesting listen at some sections.

well, it was exactly what you'd expect of a sheltered young man who's never left the village he's grown up in or experienced any kind of life outside of his circle. There were a couple of points that were really interesting, and the bits of the book where he was talking about farming, the tone totally changed and you could feel his love. This book is an enjoyable romp through the countryside, as seen through the eyes of a country boy, laying bare all the good and bad moments of life. The book (which is evidently ghost-written) plays endlessly on this portrayal, delivering Kaleb's views on a riveting range of topics from philosophy to celebrities to haircuts. Kaleb's writing style is engaging, humorous, and genuine, and it's clear that his passion for farming and love of the countryside shines through on every page. Megathreats" имах нужда от нещо, което да е пълната противоположност и това определено беше идеалното лекарство. First and foremost a farmer, Kaleb is now learning something new himself and stepping outside of his beloved Chippy to treat audiences to a rip-roaring riot of a show. I hope you to take some of these trips and look forward to hearing / reading your thoughts about places you visit. His hatred of sheep speaks to me on a molecular level- if you’ve ever farmed sheep I’m sure you’ll agree it’s like he’s looking into your soul and reading out what’s written there. Dubbed the real star of Clarkson's Diddly Squat farm, Kaleb Cooper is something of a celebrity farmer in Chipping Norton and he's got quite a few strong views on a lot of things: Sheep are stupid, Jeremy Clarkson is a f*cking idiot, goats are a proper good cleanup animal, they eat everything - no wonder they taste horrible and many more! Come down the travelators, exit Sainsbury's, turn right and follow the pedestrianised walkway to Crown Walk and turn right - and Coles will be right in front of you.

Dubbed ‘the real star of Clarkson’s Farm‘, Kaleb reveals his true, loveable, funny and down-to-earth self, with deadpan gags and unique observations that will have you crying with laughter. This book is well designed and well produced hence the two stars, but I have to take issue with the blurb on the back cover that says it is ‘hilarious’, I will go as far as ‘slightly amusing in places’. Fans can expect Kaleb’s strong views on many things – including sheep (‘stupid’), Jeremy Clarkson, goats (‘they’re a proper good clear-up animal – they eat everything – no wonder they taste horrible’), New York (‘if it’s like London where there are no tractors, that’s no good’), famous people, why farming is the best job in the world and, crucially, sartorial matters such as hairstyles - especially his own!
